amending section 15-326, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school district governing boards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 15-326, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE15-326. Capacity to sue and be sued and to hold and convey property

The governing board of a school district shall may in the district name, as specified in section 15-441, subsection B:

1. Sue and be sued.

2. Hold and convey property for the use and benefit of the district. END_STATUTE
