Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-3420.3 as follows:

§54.1-3420.3. Prohibition on refusing to fill prescription from telemedicine provider.

A pharmacist shall not refuse to fill a prescription solely on the basis of the prescribing provider's use of a telemedicine platform to provide services.
