AN ACT

 

Amending title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-120.01; relating to school information.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-120.01, to read:

START_STATUTE15-120.01.  Immunization rate; website posting

Each public school, including each charter school, that maintains a website shall post on the website the immunization rate of pupils who are enrolled at the school. END_STATUTE
