A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 

     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $215,552 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2025-2026 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2026-2027 for the university of Hawaii, West Oahu (UOH 700) for the pre-nursing pathway program, including for the establishment of two full-time equivalent (2.0) positions, to be allocated as follows:

     (1)  $107,776 for one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) program coordinator; and

     (2)  $107,776 for one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) academic advisor coordinator.

     The sumsappropriated shall be expended by the university of Hawaii for the purposes of this Act.

            SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2025.
