AN ACT

 

amending section 15-1622, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to UNIVERSITIES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 15-1622, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE15-1622. Officers; organization; quorum

A. The board shall select from its membership a president, secretary,  and treasurer and such other officers it deems necessary. The same person shall not hold the offices of secretary and treasurer. The board may require the treasurer to give an additional bond.

B. A majority of the membership of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting regularly called, but a number less than a quorum may adjourn from time to time. END_STATUTE
