amending section 12‑405, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to change of venue.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 12-405, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE12-405.  Change of venue by consent

A  The superior court in any county may, upon on written consent of the parties or their attorneys filed in an action, by an order entered on the minutes, may transfer the action for trial to the superior court of in another county. END_STATUTE
