AN ACT

 

amending title 44, chapter 15.1, article 1, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 44-5102; relating to residential property.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 44, chapter 15.1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 44-5102, to read:

START_STATUTE44-5102. Corporations; single-family residence; purchase restrictions

A corporation may not purchase a single-family residence unless the single-family residence has been on the market for more than sixty days or there is a change in the asking price. A change in the asking price resets the sixty-day time period. END_STATUTE
