By: Parker S.B. No. 2058     (Howard)           A BILL TO BE ENTITLED   AN ACT   relating to publication by the Texas Board of Nursing and the Texas   Higher Education Coordinating Board of certain nursing education   data.          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:          SECTION 1.  Subchapter C, Chapter 61, Education Code, is   amended by adding Section 61.09013 to read as follows:          Sec. 61.09013.  PUBLICATION OF NURSING EDUCATION REPORTS.   The board shall post prominently on the home page of the board's   Internet website a link to the most recent nursing education   reports produced by the Texas Center for Nursing Workforce Studies.          SECTION 2.  Subchapter D, Chapter 301, Occupations Code, is   amended by adding Section 301.1585 to read as follows:          Sec. 301.1585.  PUBLICATION OF NURSING EDUCATION REPORTS.   The board shall post prominently on the home page of the board's   Internet website a link to the most recent nursing education   reports produced by the Texas Center for Nursing Workforce Studies.          SECTION 3.  This Act takes effect December 31, 2025.
