The department shall issue   specialty license plates for persons who serve or have served in the   Third United States Infantry Regiment as a guard for the Tomb of the   Unknown Soldier and are awarded the Guard, Tomb of the Unknown   Soldier Identification Badge.  The license plates must include a   likeness of the Guard, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Identification   Badge and must include the words "Tomb Guard" at the bottom of each   plate.          SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.     * * * * *
