Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 36, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-407.04, to read:

START_STATUTE36-407.04. Hospitals; early treatment protocol policies; COVID-19

Each hospital shall develop an early treatment protocol policy for COVID-19 that includes the use of off-label therapeutics that are reasonable and acceptable through case reports and published scientific studies from either the national institutes of health or the national center for biotechnology information.END_STATUTE
