H.R. No. 98       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, McKinley Wagley was crowned the 2025 Miss Rodeo   North Texas Fair Princess at the 97th annual North Texas Fair &   Rodeo in Denton; and          WHEREAS, McKinley claimed the title after sweeping the   competition by placing first in the horsemanship, appearance,   personality, Q&A, and photogenic categories; and          WHEREAS, The daughter of Katherine and Jason Wagley, McKinley   is a fifth-grade student at Monaco Elementary School in Aubrey, and   she first became interested in rodeo in 2020 after attending a   summer horse camp; her many interests include roping and   competitive dancing, and she hopes to one day compete for the titles   of Miss Rodeo Texas Princess and Miss Rodeo America; and          WHEREAS, McKinley Wagley is a source of great pride to her   family and her community, and she is indeed deserving of   recognition for this notable achievement; now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate McKinley   Wagley on her selection as the 2025 Miss Rodeo North Texas Fair   Princess and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and,   be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Ms. Wagley as an expression of high regard by the Texas   House of Representatives.     Patterson     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
