An Act to require the Board of Education to amend a certain regulation relating to special education.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Board of Education shall amend its Regulations Governing Special Education Programs for Children with Disabilities in Virginia at 8VAC20-81-170 B 2 a and e to remove the word "component" following the word "evaluation."
